Real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has launched three new residential projects during the April-June quarter, with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹12,000 crore. The Bengaluru-based developer is expanding its housing portfolio as demand for premium homes remains strong across major Indian cities.

According to the company’s latest operational update, Prestige Group launched four projects in the first quarter, covering a combined developable area of 20.16 million sq ft. Of these, three are residential developments, and one is a commercial project.

The three housing projects have been launched in key real estate markets, including Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The company estimates that these residential projects together can generate nearly ₹12,000 crore in revenue.

Prestige Group Plans More Launches Across India

Prestige Group Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack said the company has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across major markets.

He said, “Looking ahead, we have an exciting lineup of marquee launches across Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai during the festive season, which we believe will further strengthen our growth momentum.”

Earlier, Razack had shared that the company has a housing launch pipeline worth around ₹60,000 crore. However, the final number of projects entering the market will depend on approvals from government authorities.

Q1 Sales Bookings Decline Due to High Base Effect

During the April-June quarter, Prestige Estates reported sales bookings of ₹6,579.3 crore, down around 46% from the same period last year.

The company had recorded sales bookings of ₹12,126.4 crore in the year-ago quarter. The decline was mainly due to a high base effect, as the previous year included a major Delhi-NCR project launch that helped the company achieve record sales.

Hyderabad remained the biggest contributor to Prestige Group’s quarterly sales, accounting for 49% of total bookings. Bengaluru contributed 27%, followed by Mumbai at 12%, NCR at 7%, and other markets at 5%.

Prestige Estates recorded its highest-ever sales bookings of ₹30,024 crore in the 2025-26 financial year, showing a growth of 76% compared to the previous year.

For the financial year 2026-27, the developer has set a target of achieving ₹35,000-36,000 crore in sales bookings.
