Mumbai’s real estate market continues to attract celebrity homebuyers. Bollywood actor and producer Arbaaz Salim Khan recently bought a luxury apartment in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, for ₹2.78 crore. Property registration documents accessed by Zapkey revealed the details of the deal.
The new apartment is located on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road in Jogeshwari West. The property offers a RERA carpet area of 1,243 sq ft. It also comes with two dedicated parking spaces.
Reports show that the apartment price was more than ₹22,000 per sq ft. The project offers modern amenities and comfortable living spaces in a well-connected part of Mumbai.
Arbaaz Salim Khan registered the property on February 17, 2026. He paid more than ₹16 lakh as stamp duty for the transaction. The registration fee for the deal was ₹30,000.
The latest purchase reflects the growing demand for premium homes in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Many buyers prefer locations that offer better connectivity and modern infrastructure.
