Shah Rukh Khan Manager Pooja Gurnani Buys 3 Apartments in Bandra for ₹38.21 Crore

In a major Mumbai real estate update, Shah Rukh Khan manager Pooja Gurnani property deal has caught attention. Pooja Gurnani, along with her family, has bought three apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area for a total value of ₹38.21 crore.

Pooja Gurnani Bandra Apartments Deal Details

According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Pooja Gurnani buy apartments in Bandra along with her husband, Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani. Each family member has purchased one apartment.

The apartments are located on Carter Road in a building named “Varun.” This project is currently under redevelopment. The units are on higher floors and were bought from Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, which is part of Sri Lotus Developers.

Apartment Size, Price and Registration Details

Each apartment has a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft and an additional balcony space of 81.16 sq ft. The total area of all three apartments comes to around 4,776 sq ft.

The deal was registered on April 21, 2026. The buyers paid a stamp duty of ₹2.16 crore and a registration fee of ₹90,000. The purchase also includes six car parking spaces.

As per documents, the building is still under construction. Possession is expected by December 2028.

Redevelopment Project on Carter Road

The building “Varun” is being developed under a redevelopment model. According to CRE Matrix, the developer has taken development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society Limited.

This makes the SRK manager buy flats in Mumbai part of a growing trend in which old buildings in prime areas like Bandra are being redeveloped into modern luxury homes.
