In a major real estate deal, popular playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s prime location, Worli. The total value of the deal is close to ₹60 crore. She bought these properties along with her parents, Shamishtha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal, as per official property registration documents.
This move shows the growing interest of celebrities in high-end real estate, especially in premium areas like Worli.
Details of the Property Deal
The two apartments are part of a residential project named Godrej Trilogy. This project is being developed by Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers.
As per documents available on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, both transactions were registered in April 2026.
The first apartment has a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft and a total area of 2,750.28 sq ft. It also comes with three car parking spaces. The stamp duty paid for this unit was ₹1.78 crore, along with registration charges of ₹30,000.
The second apartment has a total area of 2,777.84 sq ft and includes three parking spaces. This unit was bought for ₹30 crore. The stamp duty for this property was ₹1.8 crore, and the registration charges were ₹30,000. Both deals were registered on April 1, 2026.
