Flexible workspace operator The Executive Centre has taken office space on lease at Worldmark 6 in Delhi's Aerocity, with the total rental commitment estimated at nearly ₹309 crore over the lease period.
New Delhi: Flexible workspace operator Executive Centre India Ltd has leased more than 1.14 lakh sq ft of office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi's Aerocity. According to property registration documents accessed by Propstack, the company's total rental commitment over the nine-year lease period is estimated at around ₹309 crore.
The office space has been leased from Alborz Developers Ltd at Worldmark 6, Aerocity. The agreement covers the entire seventh floor of the commercial tower.
As per the registered documents, the office has a carpet area of 80,001 sq ft and a chargeable area of 1,14,954 sq ft.
The lease started on March 26, 2026. Executive Centre India will pay a monthly rent of around ₹2.47 crore, which works out to ₹215 per sq ft per month based on the chargeable area.
The agreement has been signed for nine years, making it one of the notable office leasing transactions in Delhi's commercial real estate market this year.
According to the lease documents, Executive Centre India has paid a security deposit of ₹14.83 crore to the landlord.
The agreement also includes a 15% rent escalation every three years, which is a common feature in long-term commercial leases. Taking the rent increases into account, the company's total rental commitment over the nine-year term is estimated at around ₹309 crore.
The lease also includes 115 car parking spaces. The monthly parking fee is ₹6,000 per car.
If the company requires additional parking in the future, it can avail of extra spaces at ₹7,000 per car per month. The agreement also provides three to four two-wheeler parking spaces for every car parking slot, subject to availability.
Delhi's Aerocity has become one of the country's leading commercial and business destinations. The area offers premium office buildings, luxury hotels, excellent connectivity to Indira Gandhi International Airport, and easy access to major business hubs across Delhi-NCR.
