Imtiaz Sells Out ₹4,670 Crore RAW District Project on Launch Day

Dubai real estate: Imtiaz Developments has sold out its ₹4,670 crore RAW District project on its launch day. The mixed-use development is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The project is expected to be ready in the first quarter of 2029.

Dubai real estate: Imtiaz Developments has sold out its RAW District project worth around ₹4,670 crore (AED 2 billion) on the day of its official launch. The mixed-use development is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Jebel Ali, one of Dubai's fast-growing real estate locations.


The company had first announced the project in March after buying the land for the development. According to Imtiaz Developments, the project is expected to be completed and handed over in the first quarter of 2029


Strong Demand From Investors

The company said the project received an excellent response from both local and international buyers. Investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, and end-users showed strong interest in the development on launch day.


Imtiaz said buyers were attracted to the project because it combines homes, office spaces, wellness facilities, restaurants, and creative workspaces in one location. The concept allows people to live, work, and relax without travelling long distances.


A Mixed-Use Project with Modern Facilities

RAW District will feature four connected buildings built around a large public courtyard. The project will include serviced residences, office spaces, co-working areas, wellness centres, restaurants, cafés and social spaces.


Some of the planned facilities include Raw Stay serviced residences, Raw Theory wellness and fitness spaces, Distrikt Table dining outlets, 6 AM Coffee Club, The Design Lab, The Studio, and Raw Station co-working spaces.


The developer said the project has been designed to create a modern lifestyle where people can easily balance work, health, and leisure.


CEO shares the Vision Behind the Project

Masih Imtiaz, CEO of Imtiaz Developments, said RAW District was created as more than just another real estate project.


He said the development focuses on building a community where people can live, work, connect, and express their creativity instead of simply living in a traditional residential tower.


The company has also introduced flexible payment plans for members of the UAE's first line of defence across RAW District and other projects in its portfolio.


Dubai Property Market Remains Strong

The successful launch comes at a time when Dubai's property market continues to grow rapidly.


According to the Dubai Land Department, the emirate recorded property transactions worth around ₹5.84 lakh crore (AED 252 billion) during the first quarter of 2026. This was a 31% increase compared to the same period last year.


During the quarter, investments reached nearly ₹4.01 lakh crore (AED 173 billion), while foreign investments stood at around ₹3.44 lakh crore (AED 148.35 billion). The number of investors also increased significantly, with more than 48,000 investors, including over 29,000 first-time buyers.


The department also reported that luxury property investments touched around ₹2 lakh crore (AED 87.71 billion), while women invested nearly ₹73,000 crore (AED 32 billion) in Dubai real estate during the same period.


Prime Location Adds to Buyer Interest

RAW District is located in Downtown Jebel Ali, close to Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport. The area is becoming one of Dubai's key growth corridors due to major infrastructure and transport developments.


Industry experts believe projects in well-connected locations continue to attract strong investor demand because of their long-term growth potential.


More RAW District Projects Planned

Following the successful launch, Imtiaz Developments said it is planning to expand the RAW District brand internationally. Future projects are being planned in London, Miami, and Madrid.


The company currently has more than 40 projects, has delivered over 2,000 homes, and has a total development portfolio worth more than ₹23,300 crore (AED 10 billion).


Imtiaz also confirmed that RAW District 2 will be launched soon, and interested buyers and investors should watch for the official announcement.
