As per property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras, the Tabu Mumbai apartment deal is valued at over ₹10 crore. The apartment is located in the premium project Godrej Skyshore Versova apartment, developed by Godrej Properties.
The purchase was officially registered on March 26, 2026. For this transaction, Tabu paid a stamp duty of ₹5.24 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, as per the sale documents.
The apartment bought by the Tabu spans approximately 2,153 sq ft, making it a spacious and comfortable living space. Along with the main unit, the property also includes a balcony area of around 127 sq ft. The deal also includes two dedicated parking spaces, a valuable feature in a busy city like Mumbai.

About Godrej Skyshore Project
