Noida, May 2, 2026: Real estate company Saya Group has leased around 1.27 lakh sq. ft. of retail space at its premium project Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West. The company shared this update in a recent press release, highlighting strong demand for high-street retail in the region.
Saya SouthX is being developed as an ultra-luxury high-street destination. The project has attracted a wide mix of brands from the food, lifestyle, gaming, and entertainment sectors. This shows growing interest from top brands looking to expand in fast-developing areas like Greater Noida West.
