Ashiana Housing to Invest ₹560 Crore in Jaipur Project, Phase 1 Launch in June 2026

Ashiana Housing has launched the first phase of its residential project Ashiana Oma in Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur. This phase includes 280 homes with an investment of ₹186.78 crore. The complete project will be developed on 10.35 acres with a total of 490 units and an overall cost of about ₹558.60 crore. The project will be built in phases for smooth and planned development.

Jaipur real estate: Ashiana Housing has announced a major investment in Jaipur’s real estate market with its new premium housing project, ‘Ashiana Oma’, located at Ajmer Road in Mansarovar Extension. The company has already launched the first phase of the project and plans to invest nearly ₹560 crore in total development.


The announcement was made in an official statement on May 22.


Phase 1 Investment and Project Details

In the first phase, Ashiana Housing will invest around ₹186 crore. The total estimated cost of the entire project is about ₹558–560 crore, as shared by the company.


The project is developed as a joint venture, where revenue will be shared between Ashiana Housing and its development partner. This model is expected to support faster execution and balanced investment flow.


Location and Project Size

‘Ashiana Oma’ is a premium residential group housing project located in the fast-growing Ajmer Road micro-market of Jaipur.


The project is spread across approximately 10.35 acres of land in Mansarovar Extension. The development will be completed in two phases, depending on market demand and construction progress.


The location is considered one of the emerging residential hubs of Jaipur due to its strong connectivity and upcoming infrastructure growth.


Units and Apartment Configuration

In the first phase, the company will develop 280 residential units. The overall project will include a total of 490 units.


The project offers large and spacious homes, including:

  • 3 BHK apartments
  • 4 BHK apartments
  • Premium penthouses


Unit sizes range from approximately 1,740 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft., designed for comfortable family living and modern lifestyle needs.


Green Spaces and Lifestyle Features

The project has been planned with a strong focus on open areas and greenery. Around 4.4 acres of land is reserved for green and open spaces, which is nearly a significant portion of the development.


The building footprint covers only about 17% of the total site, allowing more space for landscaping, gardens, and open lifestyle zones.

A key highlight of the project is a clubhouse inspired by Rajasthani royal culture, designed to offer community living with modern amenities.


Company Statement on Project Vision


According to Ashiana Housing, the project is designed to meet the growing demand for premium and spacious homes in Jaipur.


Joint Managing Director Ankur Gupta said the project focuses on thoughtful planning, open spaces, and improved lifestyle living. He added that buyers in Jaipur are now looking for larger homes with integrated community facilities and better greenery, which this project aims to deliver.


Connectivity and Infrastructure Advantage

The project is located on the Ajmer Road corridor, which provides strong connectivity to key parts of Jaipur. It also offers easy access to:

  • Delhi–Mumbai Expressway
  • Ajmer Road network
  • Kota Road connectivity corridors
  • Major city infrastructure and hubs

This makes the location suitable for both end-users and long-term investors.


Launch Timeline

The company has confirmed that the full project is scheduled for official launch in June 2026. Future phases will be launched based on market response and the development progress of Phase 1.


The first phase of construction and sales activity will begin as planned after launch, with steady development expected in the coming years.
