BPTP Limited to Invest ₹1,100 Crore in Greater Faridabad Luxury Project

In the latest Faridabad real estate news, BPTP Limited has announced a major investment in the region. The company will invest around ₹1,100 crore in a new luxury housing development in Greater Faridabad.


This BPTP Limited Greater Faridabad project is expected to attract high-end buyers, with apartment prices starting at ₹4.48 crore.


Project Details and Investment

As per the company's details, the project is estimated to have a gross development value of around ₹1,800 crore. This makes it one of the notable developments under the ₹1,100 crore investment in the Faridabad segment.


The project, named Skynest, will be located in Sector 80. The Skynest Sector 80, Faridabad project will include around 325 residential units.


These units will be available in 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations, designed for spacious and comfortable living. Apartment sizes will range between 3,185 sq ft and 3,856 sq ft, making them suitable for families looking for large homes.


Modern Living with Premium Features

The project will feature twin residential towers rising to around 150 metres. It will include modern design, green building practices, and several lifestyle amenities.


The development will focus on providing a complete living experience with open spaces, community areas, and high-end facilities. This makes it a strong addition to the Greater Faridabad luxury housing segment.


Revenue and Market Potential

BPTP Limited expects to generate revenues of around ₹1,800 crore from the project. While the company has not officially shared the full cost details, data from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) suggests the total project cost is close to ₹1,100 crore.


This investment shows the company’s confidence in the growth potential of Greater Faridabad as a residential hub.


Location Advantage

Sector 80 in Faridabad is emerging as a key real estate development hub. The area offers good connectivity to Delhi through the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA), also known as the DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway.


This road connects important points like DND and Kalindi Kunj to the KMP Expressway, improving travel between Delhi and Faridabad. Better connectivity is one of the main reasons behind the rising demand in this region.
