Bengaluru-based listed real estate developer Brigade Group has taken another major step to expand its presence in Hyderabad. The company has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a new residential project on a 5.6-acre land parcel in Kompally, North Hyderabad.
According to the company, the upcoming project is expected to generate an estimated revenue of around ₹850 crore. The development will focus on modern, high-quality homes designed to match the needs of today’s urban lifestyle.
The project aims to offer sustainable and contemporary living spaces, catering to rising demand from homebuyers in North Hyderabad, which is emerging as a fast-growing residential hub.
Brigade Group has identified Hyderabad as one of its most important markets for future expansion. The company said the city continues to attract strong interest due to its expanding IT sector, improving infrastructure, and steady demand for housing.
“Hyderabad is a vital growth market for Brigade, and our commitment to expanding our footprint is evident in the consistency of our new projects in the region,” said Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited.
He added that the company will continue focusing on acquiring strategically located land parcels that support long-term growth while maintaining strong governance and ethical standards.
As part of its expansion strategy, Brigade Group plans to invest around ₹5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next 3 to 4 years.

In April 2026, Brigade Group acquired a 5.72-acre land parcel in Hyderabad through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The land was purchased at approximately ₹44 crore per acre, excluding registration costs.
Company sources confirmed that this site will also be developed into a premium residential project in the coming years, further expanding Brigade’s footprint in Hyderabad’s housing market.
