Godrej Properties announced on June 1 that it has won the bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC Integrated Township, Greater Noida. The company plans to develop a group housing project on the site with an estimated revenue potential of over ₹7,000 crore.
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has won the bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in Greater Noida. The company shared this update on June 1 through a regulatory filing. The land was secured through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL).
The company plans to build a large group housing project on this land. The proposed development is expected to generate more than ₹7,000 crore in revenue. The project will include premium residential apartments in different configurations to meet the needs of homebuyers.
The land parcel is located inside the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida. This township is spread across around 750 acres and is known for its modern plug-and-play infrastructure.
The location is becoming one of the fastest-growing residential and business hubs in NCR. It has strong connectivity through the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It also benefits from the upcoming Noida International Airport, which is expected to boost real estate demand in the region.
Godrej Properties has already launched two projects in the Greater Noida market in FY26. According to the company, both projects received a strong response from buyers and recorded sales of nearly ₹1,500 crore each.
The latest land acquisition will further increase the company’s presence in the NCR housing market.
Speaking on the development, Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said the company is pleased to add another project in Greater Noida.
He said the company has seen consistent demand in Noida and remains positive about future growth in this market. He added that the new project supports the company’s strategy of strengthening its presence in key micro-markets across major Indian cities.
DMIC Integrated Township is part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, one of India’s largest infrastructure and urban development projects.
The corridor aims to improve manufacturing, logistics, and urban development between Delhi and Mumbai. Over the years, it has become a major area for industrial growth and new real estate development.

Godrej Properties has been actively expanding its residential portfolio across India. Since 2017-18, the company has delivered nearly 80 million square feet of real estate.
In 2025-26 alone, the developer acquired 18 land parcels across different cities. These land acquisitions together carry an estimated revenue potential of around ₹42,100 crore.
The company follows a mix of outright land purchases and partnerships with landowners to grow its development pipeline.
With this latest Greater Noida land win, Godrej Properties is expected to strengthen its footprint in NCR further and tap into the rising demand for premium homes in the region.
