Delhi-based real estate developer Omaxe Group has announced an investment of more than ₹250 crore to develop a premium housing project in Lucknow. The project is being developed through its subsidiary Omaxe Garv Buildtech Pvt Ltd, as stated in a regulatory filing dated April 29.
This investment reflects the strong growth in Lucknow's real estate market, where demand for modern homes and township living is rising rapidly.
Omaxe Cassia Lucknow Project Overview
The upcoming project is named Omaxe Cassia Lucknow. It is located inside the large Omaxe Metro City township on Raebareli Road in Lucknow. The township spans 690 acres and is one of the city's key residential destinations.
The Omaxe residential project Lucknow will feature eight residential towers. These towers will offer well-planned 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, designed for modern families who want comfort, space, and a better lifestyle.
