Prestige Estates Sells 1,700 Homes in Two Weeks, Records ₹2,500 Crore Sales

Hyderabad Real Estate News: In a strong start to its new launch, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has reported impressive sales for its latest housing project in Hyderabad. The company said that within just two weeks of launch, it sold more than 1,700 homes, with total sales crossing ₹2,500 crore.

The Prestige Golden Grove Hyderabad project is one of the largest single-phase residential launches in the city. This performance highlights growing demand in the city’s housing market and makes it a key highlight in the current Hyderabad Real Estate News.

According to the company, the project also saw over 4,000 customer visits during the launch period. This is considered one of the highest footfalls for any new housing project in Hyderabad. The strong response shows that buyers are actively looking for well-planned homes in good locations.

The Prestige Estates Hyderabad Project is located in Tellapur, a fast-growing residential area. It spans 29 acres and will include about 5,120 units. The development includes 10 towers and has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹9,500 crore.

A company statement said that the project's early success demonstrates strong customer confidence. Buyers are showing interest in projects that offer good design, sound planning, and a price range that is right for them. The company believes that such projects continue to attract both homebuyers and investors.

Zayd Noaman, Executive Director of Prestige Group, said the company is happy with the response. He added that strong sales and high footfall clearly show the demand for quality residential developments. He also said that Hyderabad remains an important market due to its growing infrastructure and strong job opportunities.

Prestige Group has a strong presence across India. So far, the company has completed 313 projects covering 206 million square feet. It also has 128 ongoing and upcoming projects, covering around 195 million square feet.

In the financial year 2025–26, the company achieved record sales bookings of ₹30,024.5 crore. This was a 76% increase compared to the previous year. During the same period, the company sold 11,692 housing units.

The company is now planning to expand into new cities like Pune, Gurugram, and Noida, where it sees strong growth potential in the coming years.

Prestige Group has also secured a land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram, through a joint development agreement. This move is part of its strategy to grow in key urban markets.

The company plans to focus mainly on homes priced between ₹2 crore and ₹3 crore, as this segment has strong buyer demand. At the same time, it will also develop premium projects in top locations.
